No Refund Policy

Our retreats, ceremonies, programs, and experiences — whether in-person, digital, or online — are spaces created with deep intention, logistical preparation, and energetic commitment.

From the moment a person registers, we begin preparing their participation in a carefully designed and transformative experience.

For this reason, all registrations and payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

✔ Your payment secures a limited space in the event or program

✔ Advance payments are made to facilitators, platforms, venues, materials, and service providers

✔ Administrative, organizational, and energetic preparation begins prior to the event

Due to these financial and operational commitments made by our organization, monetary refunds cannot be issued.

Your purchase constitutes express acceptance of this policy at the time of registration.

Although we do not offer refunds, we do provide alternatives with flexibility and consideration

1️⃣ Transfer of Registration (In-Person Events)

Registrations for in-person events may be transferred to another person designated by the original participant. Written notice must be provided in advance, along with the necessary information to complete the transfer.

2️⃣ Credit for Future Events (In-Person, Digital, or Online)

At the organization’s discretion, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future experience hosted by us. Credits are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiration dates or specific restrictions.

3️⃣ Deferred Access (Digital or Online Programs)

For certain digital or online programs, access to a future edition of the same program may be offered when the course structure allows. This option is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

In extraordinary situations such as serious medical emergencies, hospitalization, death, or other force majeure circumstances, we review each case in a humane, respectful, and good-faith manner.

We do not automatically request medical documentation, as we trust in the honesty of our community. However:

✔ Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of the organization

✔ Consideration of one special case does not establish precedent or obligation for future cases

✔ Even in special circumstances, available options may be limited to transfers, credits, or future access, and do not guarantee a monetary refund

Our purpose is to hold spaces for deep transformation while honoring both each participant and the team that makes these experiences possible.

We appreciate your understanding, respect, and commitment to these agreements, which allow us to continue creating safe, sacred, and well-supported spaces for our entire community.

I understand that:

✔ My registration is final and non-refundable

✔ My payment secures a space and covers operational, logistical, and preparation costs

✔ If I am unable to participate, I may transfer my space to another person (for in-person events) or request credit for future events, subject to availability

✔ Failure to attend, withdrawing from the program, or not using the access provided does not constitute grounds for a refund

✔ Any exceptions due to serious circumstances will be reviewed solely at the organization’s discretion and do not guarantee a monetary refund
